What is Awareness Through Movement?
The group format of the Feldenkrais Method(r), a unique form of guided exploratory movement that opens a doorway into our central nervous system and creates opportunities for us to rewire it.
Students are verbally guided through a series of gentle and easy exploratory movements while directing their awareness to the resulting sensations.
Most exercises are done lying on the floor, so please bring a mat, blanket, or towl If necessary for your comfort. The movements are small, so please dress in layers to avoid being cold.
