Pointless Theatre Company and other performances in the Capital Fringe Festival, July 11 - 28th, 2013.
Many of Pointless Theatre Company's members are graduates of the theatre and dance undergraduate programs at the University of Maryland. Other TDPS performances include 21 King, presented by True Wit Productions, written by Jessica Lloyd, directed by Emily Jane Warheit, featuring Allan Davis and Elisabeth Fallica - all of whom are PhD candidates in Theatre and Performance Studies.
A Commedia Romeo and Juliet, presented by Faction of Fools Theatre Company, conceived by Matthew R. Wilson (PhD candidate in Theatre and Performance Studies), written by William Shakespeare, composed by Jesse Terrill, and featuring Gwen Grastorf, Tyler Herman, Matthew Pauli and Lindsey D. Synder.
As well, undergraduate theatre alumni present Detective Pimbley and the Case of the Rich Dead Lady, written by Ann and Shawn Fraistat, directed by Ann Fraistat, composed by Rob Mueller, and featuring Noah Langer, Natalie Smith, Katie Jeffries and Matt Sparacino.
