Congratulations to four of our undergraduate and graduate students, who will be presenting new plays at this year's Kennedy Center's Page-to-Stage New Play Festival!
Now entering its seventeenth year, Page-to-Stage was created to fill the Washington, D.C. theater community's need for an accessible space to perform and workshop new plays. During this festival, theater artists receive feedback and network with others, allowing them to refine their work and develop relationships that lead to later collaborations. The free performances reflect the dynamic make-up of all corners of the city, whether you are a newcomer or a veteran to theater.
Our four students—Jordan Ealey, Jenna Gerdsen, Hana Huie, Niree Turner—will present new, original plays that will also be part of our Second Season this year. Here is the schedule for their readings at the Kennedy Center on the weekend of September 1, 2018, along with the dates of their Second Season performances this year.
