Woolly Mammoth Theatre again taps School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies' faculty and alum for membership in company

Jared Mezzocchi and Ivania Stack recently added as members of Woolly Mammoth.
Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company Artistic Director Howard Shalwitz has added new members to the company, two of whom are from the School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies at UMD. New Woolly company members are:
Jared Mezzocchi, newly appointed Assistant Professor in the School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies is a pioneer in the field of projections design for theatre and numerous other industries. At Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company he designed projections for Chad Deity and The Totalitarians, and he will be working on the interactive video components of a new play by Nikkole Salter, Game Over, currently under commission by Woolly.
Ivania Stack, alumnus of the School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies MFA in Design program, is one of Washington¹s leading costume designers. At Woolly she has designed A Bright New Boise, Full Circle, and Boom, and also collaborated with Misha Kachman on the costumes for Oedipus El Rey and Chad Deity. In the upcoming season she will be designing the costumes for Lights Rise on Grace and Zombie: The American.
Jared and Ivania join Professor Mitchell Hébert and Associate Professor Misha Kachman in this presitigious honor of being appointed as company members of the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company.
